What is an ISA?

How do ISA’s increase sales?

Our ISAs are dedicated to generating leads by cold-calling. ISAs are the first point of contact, they handle the lead qualifying so you only speak to leads that are interested in your product or service.

What industries do the ISA’s call for?

Currently our ISA’s call leads in real estate and insurance. For real estate, they can call FSBOs and Expireds. For insurance, they can call T65, medsupp and final expense.

What comes with the Inside Sales Agent Services?

The Inside Sales Agent services comes with your choice of calling hours, managed or unmanaged. And the cost of our dialer and data for the ISA at a discounted rate.

Managed vs Unmanaged

 Managed means that the company we have partnered with in the Philippines will recruit and train your telemarketer, monitor progress, and send end of day reports to you. The manager will record the calls, do quality assurance, provide additional training if needed, and assist in setting the schedule.

Unmanaged means that the company we partnered with in the Philippines will recruit and train your telemarketer and that’s it. You are responsible for pulling and uploading data, recording calls and doing quality assurance, setting their schedule and making sure they are working.

How Does It Work?

When first signing up you will choose how many hours you would like the ISA to call, from 10, 20, 30 or 40 hours, for each week. We have also provided the option to choose whether you would like to pay per week or per month. After signing up, you will receive a questionnaire that will provide detailed information for your ISA so they can provide you with the best service. This questionnaire will need to be sent back before any calling can be made.

Service Policies

For these services, there is a 24 hour refund window. You must cancel in writing to accounting@prospectboss.com within 24 hours to receive a full refund of your charges.

First 30 Day Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your ISA’s performance, we will replace your ISA at no additional cost. If a replacement is needed after your first 30 days or if you request a second replacement, an additional fee will apply.

If you have purchased an introductory offer, that offer is only valid for the first week and a new plan must be purchased if you would like to continue receiving leads.

ISA FAQ

Is there a certain day I need to be signed up in order for calls to start for me?

      • Yes: You need to be signed up by Friday at 12pm Eastern time for calls to begin for you the following week.

What does my $500 Onboarding Fee pay for?

  • The $500 Onboarding fee includes recruiting, hiring, training of the ISA.

Can I get a new ISA if I want to?

  • Yes: You can request a new ISA to make your calls if you are dissatisfied for any reason. This is available at no additional cost within the first 30 days and only for the first replacement. After the first 30 days or if you are requesting a new ISA for a second time or more, there will be a charge of $100 to do so.

How do I cancel my ISA subscription?

Are refunds available for ISA Services?

  • Yes: Refunds are available if a cancellation request is received in writing within 24 hours of purchasing or payment draft. Again, cancellations must be submitted to celeste@prospectboss.com for proper processing. The 24 hour time period does include weekends and holidays.

  • Refunds will not be given after the 24 hour time period.

Are credits available for ISA Services?

  • No: You will not be able to get credits for your ISA Services. If you cancel before your hours are called that week, your ISA will continue calling the remaining hours and then services will end at that time.

How am I billed for my ISA Services?

  • Billing is done by recurring automatic draft each week or month (depending on which you chose when signing up). All payments are billed in advance of calls being made.

Can I give my ISA a bonus if I make a sale off a lead they send me?

  • Yes! We encourage you to do so. This gives your ISA even more incentive to do their best work for you. SalesDialers.com is not responsible for this transaction though and it is a personal matter between you and your ISA. These bonuses are to be paid via PayPal to your ISA directly and you can get that information from your ISA. Since we are not part of that matter, there are no stipulations on how much you can give them for a bonus.

How are the ISA’s calls managed for quality and hours worked?

  • If you chose managed services, the ISA manager will pull recordings weekly for quality assurance. The ISA will then receive feedback or additional training in whatever areas are lacking. For hours worked, the ISA clocks in and out so that hours can be tracked.

  • If you chose unmanaged services, you are responsible for pulling call recordings and offering feedback to your ISA. For hours worked, you communicate directly with your ISA for scheduling and ensuring they are working the hours set.
