Today we will be comparing the pricing and features of ProspectBoss CRM dialer to RedX Storm dialer. Both products offer many CRM features for managing your customer database as well as using calls, emails, and text messaging to contact and follow-up with your customers, let’s see how they compare shall we.
Let’s break this down a bit more.
RedX & ProspectBoss both have a multi-line power dialer, however, RedX only goes to 3 lines and charges $150 per month. ProspectBoss goes to 4 lines and it is $129 per month. Much better value with ProspectBoss there.
RedX & ProspectBoss both offer a CRM, however, RedX requires you to purchase a lead product in order to access it. ProspectBoss has the CRM built into the dialer so you have access to it regardless of where your leads come from.
ProspectBoss offers SMS & MMS & Email marketing right from within the system. RedX does not offer those features.
ProspectBoss also has Dynamic Scripts which means your script changes as you report your prospects’ responses so you are never at a loss for words when talking.
ProspectBoss also has a Hot List which basically scores your leads on a hot/cold scale so that you always know who your hottest leads are.
This is by no means an exhaustive list of the features for either company, but it does hit on some of the biggest value spots. Clearly ProspectBoss offers a lot of value for not a lot of money.
