In these uncertain times, Prospect Boss is dedicated to ensuring that you feel supported and are equipped to adapt to rapid changes you may be experiencing. With this in mind, we would like to take a moment to highlight ways in which Prospect Boss can help facilitate virtual sales with your CRMDialer and offer increased flexibility during this time of constant change.
Communicate with your clients:
This is the single biggest thing you can do during times such as these. If a client says they need to pause their buy or sell while these tough times pass, just keep in touch. Let them know you are there for them if they need anything. Prospect Boss has many different ways that you can keep in communication with your clients.
Call them: You can upload a list of all your current clients and call them directly. They will enjoy hearing from you while they are also facing challenges.
Email them: Prospect Boss has a built in email system so after you call them, you can send them an email. This keeps you top of mind and they can easily go back to your email if they need to reach out to you.
Text them: You can also text directly through the system for a quick Hello. Everyone likes to know someone is thinking about them and cares about if they need anything. This is a quick and easy way to convey that message.
Video Text them: You can also send them a quick video text so they can see your face!
All of these touches can be made directly through the Prospect Boss system. It will also help you track those clients for engagement so that you can stay top of mind for those who are most responsive.
Do Virtual Tours instead of Open Houses:
This is not something you can do through Prospect Boss but it is something that many Real Estate agents are doing in these times of social distancing. You can still show buyers the layout and floor plan without getting a group of people together.
Ask your Home Inspector if they do Virtual Inspections:
This is something relatively new and not every home inspector will offer this but many are at this time. Ask the home inspector if they are willing to do the inspection virtually. This might just save a deal.
These are just some tips we picked up over the past couple of weeks. Check back for more tips to keep your Real Estate business going.
Be safe and stay healthy!
