One of the good things about having your own development team is you can integrate with any other software you choose.  Before we were integrated with Leads 360 and now upon a name change to Velocify… we’ve got integration here, too.
What this means to our many customers is SalesDialers can “push” information from the dialer into the CRM on a scheduled basis so your two systems mirror each other.  Although we do have a CRM built into our dialer it may not be as robust as a stand-alone CRM.  And that’s fine as we’re a dialer “first” and a CRM “second” although many people love our CRM because it’s simple and easy to use. 
Some of the fields we push into Velocify include the following:
  • Notes
  • Website  
  • Zip      
  • State   
  • City     
  • Address1 
  • Address2
  • eMail
  • Phone
  • Phone2
  • Phone3
  • Extension
  • Company
  • First Name
  • Last Name     
And if per chance we’re not integrated with another CRM or lead vendor you’re using don’t hesitate to bring it to our attention and will consider your request and contact that company.  The benefits of being able to develop what you want when you want with whom you want… priceless.
